Lead with Confidence
in Your Calling

CHRISTIAN COACHING FOR WOMEN IN MINISTRY

You love Jesus. You love His Church. But leading in ministry can still feel lonely.

Whether you’re discerning your next faithful step, navigating a new season of leadership, or longing for healthier rhythms, you don’t have to walk alone. Together, we’ll pursue clarity, confidence, and leadership rooted deeply in Christ.

As a coach, my goal is to help women…

Lead as the woman God created you to be.
Name your God-given gifts and lead confidently from them.

Reconnect with your calling.
Clarify who you are called to serve and why your work matters.

Build rhythms that can carry the calling.
Create healthy, faithful patterns so you can serve for the long haul.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Kim Masengale.

I am seriously so glad you are here.

After more than 26 years in ministry, I’ve learned that many women know God is calling them toward a next faithful step—but they aren’t always sure how to get there.

Some feel stuck. Some feel overwhelmed. Others are carrying a dream God placed in their heart and simply need clarity, encouragement, and someone to walk alongside them.

That’s why I do what I do.

I’m a pastor, certified ministry coach, and founder of She Is Conference—a ministry I’ve had the joy of leading for more than 12 years. She Is exists to help women know who they are in Christ, experience the freedom only He can give, and become equipped to live on mission.

My background is rooted in Christian counseling. I hold a master’s degree with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, which has taught me how to hold space for honest conversations—not just surface-level ones. I’m also a certified ministry coach through Go + Tell Gals.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women one-on-one and in groups as they’ve moved from confusion to clarity, grown in confidence, and discovered more fully who God created them to be. One of my greatest joys is helping women become deeply rooted in Christ so they can faithfully step into the calling He has placed on their lives.

Today, I serve full-time as a pastor at Summit Church in Indiana, Pennsylvania, where I have the privilege of leading alongside my husband, Mel. Whether I’m serving at Summit, investing in women through She Is, teaching God’s Word, or coaching women in ministry, my heart remains the same: to help women flourish in their calling without losing their roots in Christ.

When I’m not coaching, speaking, or leading, you’ll usually find me with a good cup of coffee, enjoying a meaningful conversation, or gathering women around a table to do the beautiful—and sometimes messy—work of becoming who God created them to be.

Mel and I have been married for more than 26 years, and together we’re grateful to be the parents of two young adult daughters.

Whatever season God has you in, I’m cheering you on and praying for you. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you discern and take your next faithful step.
