Hi, I’m Kim Masengale.
I am seriously so glad you are here.
After more than 26 years in ministry, I've learned that many women know God is calling them to something more—but often feel unsure of how to take the next step.
Some feel stuck.
Some feel overwhelmed.
Some are carrying a dream God placed in their heart and simply need encouragement, clarity, and someone to walk alongside them.
That's why I do what I do.
As a pastor, certified Go + Tell Gals Coach, and founder of She Is Conference, I am passionate about helping women discover their Kingdom purpose, lead with confidence, and establish healthy rhythms that allow them to flourish for the long haul.
I serve as a pastor at Summit Church in Indiana, Pennsylvania, hold a Master's degree in Christian Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, and have spent more than two decades investing in women, leaders, and ministry teams.
Beyond ministry, I'm married to my husband Mel and am the mom of two young adult daughters. I love coffee, meaningful conversations, gathering women around a table, and watching God transform lives through His presence and His Word.
Most importantly, I love Jesus with all my heart and believe every woman has been uniquely created by God for a purpose. Whether your calling is in your home, your church, your workplace, or vocational ministry, my desire is to help you walk confidently in who God created you to be.

Individual Coaching
Due to a limited schedule, my individual sessions book quickly. These one-on-one sessions are for women who desire to step into their Kingdom purpose — held virtually or in person.
Leadership Cohort
You were made for this — and you don't have to figure it out alone.
The Woven Leadership Cohort is for women in volunteer, bi-vocational, or vocational ministry who are ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and conviction. Six bi-weekly sessions, a private community, and a cohort of women walking the same road.
Cohort begins July 2026.
